Cross-Country RegistrationTHE CROSS-COUNTRY SEASON RUNS FROM SEPTEMBER THROUGH NOVEMBER. REGISTRATION OPENS IN AUGUST.
Practice locations vary throughout the season. Details will be provided upon registration.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
New members and those who did not participate in the previous season: $150.00 (non-refundable)
Returning members from the previous season: $75.00 (non-refundable)
All athletes are expected to attend practice no less than three practices each week in order to compete in meets. If an athlete has to miss practice, please send a text or call the coach regarding the absence.
Athletes must be prepared with a bottle of water, sweatsuit, shorts, t-shirt or tights, running shoes, and a good attitude.

ATHLETES MUST BE PREPARED WITH A BOTTLE OF WATER, SWEATSUIT, SHORTS, T-SHIRT OR TIGHTS, RUNNING SHOES, AND A GOOD ATTITUDE.
ALL ATHLETES ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND PRACTICE NO LESS THAN THREE PRACTICES EACH WEEK IN ORDER TO COMPETE IN THE MEETS.
